New Shared Ownership Properties at Park View

Your Chance to Call Woodstock Home

If you’ve been dreaming of getting onto the property ladder but thought it was out of reach, Blenheim Estate Homes has some exciting news for you.

A brand-new release of shared ownership homes is now available at the sought-after Park View community in Woodstock, giving you the opportunity to own a slice of this beautiful Oxfordshire market town for as little as 40% of the property’s value.

What’s on offer?

This release features four stunning homes, each thoughtfully designed and built to the high standards you’d expect from Blenheim Estate Homes. Whether you’re looking for a cosy two-bedroom or room to grow in a three-bedroom, there’s something here to suit your needs.

All homes are named in honour of the first Duke of Marlborough's wife and mother and the continued connection to Blenheim Palace, which sits moments away from the homes, blending timeless architecture with modern comfort.

Why shared ownership at Park View?

Shared ownership is a smart way to get onto the property ladder without needing to buy your home outright from day one. You purchase a share (in this case, 40%) and pay a reduced rent on the remaining share, with the option to increase your ownership over time.

As Roger File, Managing Director – Real Estate, explains:

“Our shared ownership scheme is a wonderful opportunity to not only get onto the property ladder, but become part of the fantastic community at Park View, and to create a forever home in special surroundings.”

Park View is set within the vibrant, historic town of Woodstock, with not only Blenheim Palace just a short stroll away, but the Oxfordshire countryside on your doorstep.

Who can apply?

There has been specific elegibility criteria set to encourage people who otherwise would not be able to purchase a home in the area due to affordibility, to be able to step onto the property ladder. Further details can be found here.

If you already own a home, it must be at the sale agreed stage before you can reserve and approval will be needed from West Oxford District Council and Blenheim Estate Homes (we’ll handle this for you). We have outlined that you will also need a local connection, such as living or working in Woodstock or one of the surrounding villages for 12+months or perhaps have family who do. You can get in touch with our team to check if you qualify by emailing us.
