We have unveiled our new show home at Hill Rise in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, giving prospective homeowners the opportunity to experience the quality and craftsmanship of our latest sustainable development first-hand.

Styled by interior design specialists Blocc Interiors, the show home is now open for appointment-only viewings following our successful launch weekend on 9th and 10th May. Visitors can explore the thoughtfully designed interiors while discovering more about what is set to be our most sustainable development to date.

Delivered in partnership with Pye Homes, Hill Rise is an innovative low-carbon, energy-efficient community where sustainability, wellbeing and community sit at its core. The development will feature up to 180 highly energy-efficient homes, with the first phase delivering 48 properties.

Our show home showcases a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, reflecting our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive community, with 50% affordable housing provision. Hill Rise, a winner at the 2024 Housing Design Awards, includes:
