We have carefully chosen high-quality building materials, such as insulation and external walls, to craft your home. Our goal has been to ensure that less energy is used to warm your home with fewer cold spots, and a stable temperature throughout. In summer, hot air is less likely to enter your home, due to the same well-insulated, high-performance design and material choices.

Before a single brick was laid, we planned and designed the homes at Hill Rise to be oriented to maximise the amount of light reaching the roof of your home each day. This orientation allows the high number of in-roof solar panels on your home to power the standard usage of your home, without the need for non-renewable sources of energy.
