Explore the timeless Cotswold charm of The Deacon at Park View.

Chris and his wife, Trudy, have lived in North Oxfordshire for 30 years and had harboured plans to one day move to the Woodstock area. When they discovered Park View by Blenheim Estate Homes in the town, it provided them with the perfect opportunity to bring their plans to fruition.
After moving into their first ever new build home at Park View, they were particularly impressed by the development’s design guide, sense of community and, most importantly to them, the quality and sustainability of the buildings.
When it came to the process of purchasing a home which is built by Blenheim’s build partners, Pye Homes, Chris and his wife described it as ‘incredibly easy’ due to the extensive help received from the sales team and the induction given from the staff in the customer care team.
Chris noted: “Within a day of us moving in, the site manager had already introduced himself, and he and his team have been exceptional ever since - the workmanship reflects the pride that the build team have for what they are doing.”
He added: “We love being a part of Park View’s development and all that Woodstock has to offer, including Blenheim Palace, which is just a short journey down the road.”
With Blenheim’s legacy principles in mind, Park View is centred around supporting and integrating with the local community. The homes are just a short walk from the centre of Woodstock which has a fascinating history and a delightful selection of shops, cafes and pubs.
Each home has been designed and built to reflect the style typical in Woodstock, so that it always feels part of the existing fabric. Using a simple palette of materials and features such as natural Cotswold Stone walls, lime render and timber windows, Park View homes have been built to stand the test of time.
Families at Park View can enjoy a life of comfortable luxury with no compromise on style.
Discover the homes now available, such as The Collett, a two-bedroom semi-detached home with allocated parking, or, The Herbert is a five-bedroom detached home with a double garage and an inviting layout, perfect for entertaining.
The homes at Park View have all been crafted by Blenheim Estate Homes’ long-standing development partner, Pye Homes. Established in 1927, the housebuilder has an outstanding reputation for building high-quality new homes. By moving into a home at Park View, you’ll be committed to making a real, positive impact in this community.
