We have released the latest collection of three and four-bedroom homes at our community in Woodstock, moments from the Blenheim Estate.
It’s been just over two years since the first new neighbours moved to Park View. We therefore thought it was high time that we took to the skies to capture a beautiful update on just how far we’ve come, and how the community has beautifully taken shape.
Park View is a vibrant community located in Woodstock, on the edge of the Cotswolds, and is less than a ten-minute walk from the UNESCO world heritage site, Blenheim Palace, with easy connections to nearby cities.
We have had a wonderful mix of people living in the new homes at Park View, from growing young families, to people finding their forever home, to those who commute into nearby cities but enjoy the rural location.
The preservation of local wildlife has been carefully considered throughout this one-of-a-kind project.
The green spaces at Park View have been carefully planned, which features selective planting, wildflower meadows and the careful retention of hedgerows. You’ll also discover bird and bat boxes, bee bricks that provide habitats to solitary bees and other insects incorporated in the homes or garden walls, and hedgehog highways carved into the fences or walls surrounding the homes.
