Prospective buyers will have their first chance to tour the new show home at Hanborough Gate over the Bank Holiday Weekend.
From Saturday, 4th May the show home will officially open its doors to visitors and, as an added incentive, until 10th May anyone who reserves one of the available properties on the day will receive £10,000 of interior design.*
The offer will include a separate design consultation from Vogue Showhomes with PYE Homes offering buyers £10,000 including VAT towards interiors, supplied by Vogue Showhomes, including anything from window treatments and wall coverings to furniture and light fittings.
The consultation will be booked once a buyer has paid their deposit and at an appropriate time scale depending on when the house they are buying is build complete. No orders will be placed until the purchaser has exchanged. The show home will then be open and manned Thursday to Monday every week from 11.00 to 17.00.
Hanborough Gate is a development by PYE Homes in partnership with the Blenheim Estate and features a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes to the western side of Long Hanborough. A total of 169 homes will be built by the end of 2021.
With Oxford just over 10 minutes away by train, and London just over an hour, the development provides the perfect combination of rural living with easy commuting. Long Hanborough village is surrounded by countryside to explore with good footpath networks to enjoy. Hanborough Gate’s location on the edge of Long Hanborough village and just five miles from Witney and Woodstock also makes it part of a wider local community with Blenheim Palace itself nearby.
The new development will feature a new doctors’ surgery. Other local amenities are a short walk including a dentist, pharmacy, Post Office, food store, fish and chip shop, beauty salon, bicycle repair shop and two pubs. The local community also has several sporting clubs and family activities including football, scouts/rainbows, tennis and cricket. Established in 1927, Kidlington-based PYE Homes has a recognised tradition of building high-quality new homes locally in Oxfordshire and further afield.
