We are offering a three-month mortgage holiday and energy-efficient living at our Hill Rise site, with payments deferred until 2027 for buyers who complete in 2026.

Hill Rise is designed as a low-carbon, high-efficiency community, with each home achieving an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), averaging 96 points.

The homes include air source heat pumps, solar panels, and intelligent ventilation systems. Zero-carbon in operation, the properties generate all the electricity required for heating, hot water, lighting, and ventilation through solar panels.

The project is a collaboration with Pye Homes and will eventually deliver up to 180 homes, with 48 in the first phase. The development includes a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes, with 50 per cent designated as affordable housing.

Hill Rise received recognition as a winner in the 2024 Housing Design Awards.
