Another Award Win for Park View

Park View Wins at The King’s Foundation Awards

We’re proud to share that Park View in Woodstock, created by Blenheim Estate Homes in partnership with Pye Homes and masterplanners and architects ADAM Architecture, has been named winner of the Landowner Award at the King’s Foundation: Building A Legacy Awards.

Now in its third year, the awards celebrate those who place people, place and planet at the heart of creating a development, recognising outstanding contributions across three categories: The Community Award, Landowner Award and Key Role Award.

A Development with Legacy at Its Core

Park View has been carefully designed around Blenheim’s Legacy Principles, ensuring it not only provides high-quality homes but also enriches the community and protects the local environment.

From the outset, we worked closely with ADAM Architecture to create a place that feels seamlessly connected to Woodstock, drawing on the area’s history and respecting the proximity of Blenheim Palace.

Recognised for Placemaking and Sustainability

The King’s Foundation specifically highlighted Park View’s focus on creating a lasting legacy – from fostering sustainability and well-being to ensuring the development brings genuine long-term benefits for Woodstock and its people.

Roger File, of Blenheim Estate and Pye Homes, commented:

“This achievement is thanks to the hard work and commitment of the Pye Homes team, our hugely successful collaboration with ADAM Architecture, and our dedication to our Landowner Legacy Principles. Park View has been carefully planned and built to create a development of which our community can be proud, so to take home the Landowner Award this year is a huge testament to this.”
