Affordable Rent

Affordable rental homes are let at reduced amounts, typically 80% of market rent but we are able to offer these homes at 60% reduction from market rent.

Our rental properties, available through Home Seeker Plus, are allocated to tenants by West Oxfordshire District Council based on a number of factors.

We’ll list upcoming homes available for affordable rent on our lettings page about six months before they’re available. This gives you time to register with Home Seeker Plus, which can take a few weeks, and start the bidding process.

Home features

We’re proud to provide homes which are always comfortable and ready for you when you move in.

All our homes have flooring throughout, with vinyl in kitchens and bathrooms and carpet elsewhere, so you instantly feel at home. Each home has a fitted kitchen with appliances, including an integrated hob, extractor and oven, and boasts downstairs cloakrooms, wardrobes and showers over the bath, all with white wall tiles in the kitchens and bathrooms.

Every garden has a patio and turf, so you can enjoy time outdoors too. Parking is also provided with every home, either in allocated spaces or on your driveway.
