Returning To Build Communities

Work is now re-starting at both Hanborough Gate and Park View developments, with more new sites set to get under way in the near future.
Returning To Build Communities

The Kidlington–based firm Pye Homes closed all of its building sites and showrooms on 27th March in response to the coronavirus.

“Together with our partner Blenheim Estate Homes we can safely get back to delivering on our commitment to address the urgent need for high quality, truly affordable homes for all our communities,” said Pye Homes’ Managing Director, Graham Flint.

“We understand how important property development is to support both the local and the national economy and we welcome the opportunity to get our amazing staff back to work and return our apprentices to their on the job training.

“Throughout lockdown, interest in our properties and developments has remained high. We have actually sold a number of new homes in recent weeks, and have been using new technology and online virtual viewings to keep in touch with prospective buyers,” he added.

As part of the re-opening procedures, all operations will be subject to a series of new protocols in order to comply with the requirements for safe working and strict social distancing.

“We have put in place a rigorous new system of safeguards and regulations to ensure we are operating safely and responsibly in accordance with government advice,” said Graham.

Formed in 1927 and based near Oxford, Pye Homes has built up a wealth of experience with successful developments in many counties including Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and West Sussex.
