At Blenheim, we believe we are best placed to address the housing crisis, compared to other developers. Our deep-rooted history means we have an obligation to deliver any new homes with care, patience and consideration of the wider needs of the area. Our latest community newsletter shared with you some news on our planned new developments for homes in the area and why we feel we are best placed over other developers to meet the housing crisis and deliver these. You can read it here if you have not had a chance.
Blenheim Estate Homes’ ambition is to build beautiful homes that are sustainable, generating thriving communities, where people will enjoy living and working, now and in the future. It is underpinned by a long-term view, reflecting local landownership for over 300 years and a wish to take an active role to ensure that what is built on estate land continues to be of a high standard.
The developments by Blenheim Estate Homes hold the values that matter to people – beauty, community, history, landscape and homes for all – this will be safeguarded with us.
We have now submitted a planning application, following a public consultation on the proposal of up to 500 homes, which will provide a wide range of house types, including new affordable and shared ownership homes. These will be designed in attractive streets, within large areas of open space and landscape.

We have now received outline planning consent for 150 new homes on land north of Witney Road. The site provides an important opportunity to deliver a high-quality development in a sustainable location.
We will share more information as this site progresses.
